JUST FOR FUN

DEEP THOUGHT TODAY

Here your blog posts are shown on your homepage in a typical blog setup. You have a few different options here. You can change this feed to more of a magazine style display or you could even set a static WordPress page to show as your homepage. This theme actually has four page templates that are designed to give you alternate options for a homepage. If you wanted to use one, you'd create a page, apply your desired template, and then configure your WordPress settings to show that as your front page.WP Admin: Theme Options, Add Page, Reading Settings

Beyond Organic Amasai Review

Wow!  This stuff is AMAZING!

As indicated on the packaging:

“A delicious, highly digestible cultured dairy beverage inspired by Africa’s Masai tribe and cultured with over 30 probiotics!”

Delicious is definitely an understatement!

If you’ve ever had Kefir, you have a little bit of an idea of what this is all about. The difference for me, though, is in it’s smoothness and lack of mouth-twisting tartness. It is so creamy with just a tinge of tartness.

We have three wonderful flavors and since I’m a self-proclaimed sugar-junkie, I prefer those with the added honey. However, I am pleasantly surprised by just how tasty the plain is as well.

My youngest daughter’s favorite is the Milk & Honey and this photo below is her proudly wearing her Amasai Milkstache!

The plain flavor actually reminds me of a buttermilk, but the fact that I like it speaks volumes as I’ve never been a lover of buttermilk!  It seems creamier to me and with a little less “sting.”

So would you like more information?

OR

Blessings and Enjoy!

A Confession: I Still Like Oreo’s

It’s true… I still like Oreo’s.

I have been and still am learning so much about the power of nutrition in regards to preventing disease and illness and yet… I still like Oreo’s.

I’ve been on this journey for awhile and I have to be honest. It hasn’t been easy. And I know I must not be alone!

What is important is that we are moderate about the “bad” stuff we put in our bodies. Sometimes my “moderate” comes dangerously close to the “excessive” line, but all the while I am aware of what’s going on.

So, all this to say… I am on a journey of wellness, filling my body with the proper nutrition to help it function properly and on occasion I eat Oreo’s!

God bless you,

“Vision” Victory: A Personal Story

When I first heard about creating a vision board, I wasn’t so sure about it.  Somehow it seemed a bit self-indulgent and me-focused.  Something as a Christian, I strive NOT to be (most of the time, not successfully, I have to add. ).  It simply just felt wrong to me to think, visualize and meditate on things I wanted.

The key word here is “things”.

Let me explain…

I decided to give it a go more out of curiosity than anything…  I mean it had been a while since I had scrapbooked so pulling out the markers, scissors, glue, etc… strangely gave me a fond sense of nostalgia of a time when I was more “crafty” and younger!  Anything that brings me back to my younger days is a good thing, right?

So I pulled out several magazines from my over-flowing ‘I’m-going-to-recycle-those-someday’ pile and began scouring the pages.  At first, I noticed nice expensive cars and even a very sizeable diamond ring that admittedly I cut out it’s picture and glued it to my page.

I then began to notice words that almost seemed to call out to me – that resonated with me.

Then images of people doing activities that also seemed to strike a chord with my heart strings.  And then images of people I admire…

So I cut, cut, cut away… then glued and glued some more.

When this flurry of craftiness was over, I couldn’t believe the clarity I had about who I am and more importantly who God is calling me to be.  It wasn’t just about “things”.

This activity for me was about connecting with God, my creator, and getting to know the person I am meant to me.

So this video is my relating a desire of my heart that became clear to me in this exercise and how it manifested!

I hope you enjoy.  If you feel it is inspiring, please feel free to like and share.

God Bless You on Your Journey!

Live Beyond Organic With Me

I am pleased BEYOND words to share that I am now what is called a Mission Marketer with BEYOND Organic, a new direct-selling company with an incredible mission to change one life at a time…

Click below to be taken to my website right away…

I am absolutely blown away by what I have learned just in this short while getting to know and praying about whether or not to become involved with this company – either as a customer or a marketer.

Read this excerpt from a recent email directly from the founder himself, Jordan Rubin:

At Beyond Organic, we know how important it is to keep you connected to the land and all of our projects at our ranches and spring. So much of the attention around launch has been focused on products, and policies, and websites—all important and necessary information. But today, we provide you with a Ranch Update—as we have some very exciting things happening at Beyond Organic.

We have welcomed over 400 calves into the world and they are beautiful and healthy. This is the first generation of our new breeding program and God has blessed us tremendously.

A team of soil scientists recently tested the nutrient levels of our grasses, legumes, forbs and herbs and they had to check their instruments several times as they could not believe the improvements. We have been very diligent in our regenerative soil programs to bolster our micro and macro organisms and the results are tremendous.

We believe that next years pastures are going to explode! God’s plan for sustainable regenerative agriculture is nothing short of amazing!

So now, I am waiting expectantly for my shipment of GREEN-fed (no, not GRAIN or GRASS, but GREEN-fed) beef, cultured beverages, raw cheese, etc…  and am so excited to have the opportunity to share with those I care about…  well, I guess that’s absolutely everyone!

Please contact me directly if you are interested to learn more… as I was.  I was intrigued initially but didn’t truly understand the idea of Green-fed beef, raw cheese etc…. So I wasn’t compelled to learn more right away.  But was then moved to investigate a bit further and was most definitely taken in by this webinar recording regarding The Next Gluten.

Call me a newbie… or maybe even a reluctant diet revolutionary (reluctant because I still am enticed by not-good-for-you foods like Oreos and yes, Halloween candy!), but I really feel a leaf beginning to turn for me in this vein.

You know how you feel when you’ve discovered something really special and you feel COMPELLED to share it?  I’m not talking “wanting” to share, but actually COMPELLED to do so… This has been my experience thus far.

Blessings to you!

I Am So Sick Of The “SCAM” Scam, What About You?

I just received a google alert on my company and one of the headlines is one of those “Is (Your Company) a SCAM?”

I am just so sick of this kind of marketing! It has gotten so old. I realize there are a lot of people out there who are new to the power of the internet to help market their business, but take this as a warning… unless you understand your business is about people, really connecting with people, you will not do well.

No matter what the other person on the other side of that headline is trying to tell you.

Just saying….

To your success,
